There's a simple recipe we follow to make sure your event is everything you want it to be: good music, good people, good bar.

Our staff and bar service can cater to events of any size, from intimate in-home parties to large weddings and corporate events. We work one-on-one with our clients to choose a selection of appropriate beverages and set up a functional and beautiful bar. Our service staff will mix and serve with style. We can help you make your event fun, festive, and successful.

We consider the menu, the number of guests, and the duration of your event to provide you a per-person price.


WINE TASTINGS
Wine tastings are a specialty. Whether you want a fun, light hearted wine tasting for your close friends or a more focused and educationally based tasting for your top clients, our beverage director, Ian Delorme, can plan and guide the event. Ian is a certified wine professional and has planned wine tastings, taught classes, and helped many wine enthusiasts understand and appreciate the unique tastes and terroirs of wines throughout the world.
 

CRAFT COCKTAILS
We specialize in classic cocktails with a twist. We’re happy to work with you to select the right menu or create something completely custom to fit your party’s needs.


CASH BAR
A popular choice for fundraisers and political and corporate events. Your guests purchase their own drinks and the only costs the host is responsible for are labor, equipment, set-up fees, and any special requests.

Classic Martini
Vodka or gin with a wisp of vermouth served up with olives or a twist

Hot & Dirty
Vodka dirty and chilled, splash of Tabasco with jalapeño-stuffed olives

Uptown Manhattan
Bourbon or rye, sweet vermouth and Italian amaro, garnished with burnt orange

Ginger Margarita
Silver agave tequila, Domain de Canton, St. Germaine, fresh lime juice

Basil Julep
Bourbon or rye, agave nectar, muddled fresh basil, a splash of soda

Cynar Negroni
Gin, Cynar, sweet vermouth, slice of blood orange

Old Fashioned
Bourbon or rye, muddled sugar, fresh cherries, orange, Angostura and orange bitters

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan
Vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate molasses, fresh limes and lemons

Aged Sidecar
Diplomatico rum, Cointreau, fresh chilled lemon juice
