ArtsRIot is partnering up with Pingala cafe for the second annual Early Thanksgiving. We will celebrate the food through deep flavor, live music, seasonal fragrances, and Vermont community. There are two seating's for this all vegetable, full-service meal, with a focus on coming together an sharing gratitude for all things in life.
MUSIC: Live Jazz Quartet, piano, vocals, keys, trumpet and sax, followed by Brazilian Solo Standards.

Trevor Sullivan, chef/owner of Pingala Cafe and the Broccoli Bar, is excited to be back at ArtsRiot with his talented staff for the second annual Early Thanksgiving. This year, the menu is more "sophisticated", the meal will be plated, wine will be served, and Chef George Lamberson from the ArtsRiot Kitchen will guest cook alongside Trevor and his team. The evening is hosted by Ida, which is a pop-up concept potentially in development for a downtown brick and mortar location. "Pingala" is a Sanskrit word meaning sun energy, conversely, Ida translates to moon energy. There is a 5:30pm seating and a 6:30pm seating, each for 30 people, for this all vegetable, shamelessly vegan meal. Tickets are $55 per person, which includes four courses, sides to share, dessert, wine, live music, and a $5 donation to the Adopt A Turkey fund. The ArtsRiot bar will be open for pre and post dinner drinks. A mocktail will be on special for folks that do not drink alcohol. Thank you, and we hope to see you there.
