Join us at Arts Riot for the debut screening of “No Easy Mile", an inspired documentary dealing with opioid addiction in the great state of Vermont.

Phil LaCroix, an auto mechanic, ultra-runner and West Bolton resident, lost seven friends to opioid addiction in Vermont over the course of 3 years. Grief stricken but determined to act, he launched “Enough Is Enough.” His goal: run all 273 miles of the Long Trail in ten days or less and raise $50,000 for sober housing in Vermont.

This short film follows Phil through every peak and valley of his journey, using his experience as a platform to talk about Vermont’s ongoing addiction crisis. The cast includes family members of those lost, addiction experts, thriving recoverees, and other inspired members of the community. With music from Brad Barr (The Barr Brothers), Zack DuPont, Japhy Ryder, Willverine and more.

Join us at Arts Riot for “No Easy Mile,” a documentary of this epic journey. Q&A with Phil LaCroix, the producers (Bob Wagner, Nate Steinbauer, Al Teodosio) and members of the recovery community to follow. All proceeds go to Enough is Enough.
