Where can I park?
Parking in front of ArtsRiot is 2 hour Parking until 6pm. The parking lot behind ArtsRiot is free. Additional parking can be found behind the Maltex building and on Pine Street.

What are your hours?
Our restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday 4:30pm-10pm. Private and public events happen at ArtsRiot 7 days a week. For more information on events, please visit our events page

What is ArtsRiot?
Artsriot is a restaurant, event space, and venue. Our restaurant is separate from our event space and venue.

We do for parties of 6 or more.

Yes. We have 3 entrances into ArtsRiot that are all ADA accessible.

How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online here (hyperlinked). If you’d like to purchase tickets in person, please come during restaurant hours Tuesday-Saturday 4:30-10PM.

Where can I get more information about my ticket purchase?
We do not distribute physical tickets. If you’d like a receipt for your purchase, please supply us with your email address.

Someone else bought my ticket under their name, how do I claim it?
Please arrive to ArtsRiot with the person who purchased your ticket.

Why was I charged service fees on my ticket purchase?
Ticket purchases sold online at in ArtsRiot with a credit card will include service fees. To avoid service fees, purchase tickets at ArtsRiot with cash.

Can I refund my ticket?
All sales are final.

I’m worried the event/show is going to sell out. Can you hold a ticket to be purchased later?
No. You must purchase a ticket online or in person to be guaranteed a ticket.

Can I order food during the performance?
Dinner service is offered in the gallery during select performances. If you have a question about a specific event, please contact us for more information.

Can I bring camera to the show?
Photo policies vary depending on event. Unless ArtsRiot has given approval, you may not bring any professional cameras with detachable lenses or flash.

Is there seating in the gallery?
Yes. There is limited seating. Seating is dependent upon the event.

Are you a non-smoking venue?
Yes. This includes vaping. Please smoke outside in smoking areas.

Do you have an ATM?
Sure do.

Do you have a coat check?
No. But we do have an area to hang your coats, leave your umbrella, etc.

Can I bring in my own food?
No. Please do not bring in any outside food or drink.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Please speak to the host.
